  1. Who can attend the Variety screenings?
    The Variety Screening Series is complimentary to voting guild members only and guests of Variety employees only. You can not purchase tickets.
  2. When does the guest Will-Call table open for ticket distribution?
    1 hour / 30 min. prior to the screening start time.
  3. Will the Variety Screening Series validate parking?
    YES! You can have your parking validated for the first 4 hours at the guest Will-Call table. Arclight Hollywood parking is $3.00 with your Cinema validation. The maximum parking fee will not exceed $10.
  4. What time do the Variety screenings begin?
    Most screenings begin at 7:30pm. Screening start times are subject to change and should be confirmed the day of each screening at www.Varietyscreeningseries.com.
  5. Are rain checks offered if a screening is full and I am unable to be accommodated with a seat?
    NO, rainchecks are not offered to screening guests and we overbook to ensure a full house for Q&A guests.
  6. Where can I find a list of films that are being screened?
    The Variety screening calendar is posted on www.Varietyscreeningseries.com and is updated regularly.
  7. What if I have log-in and/or password problems accessing the screening RSVP system?
    If you have any problems accessing the screening RSVP system, please email us at support@Varietyscreeningseries.com and you will receive a response within 24 hours.
  8. Is handicap seating available?
    YES. We have a limited number of handicap seats available on a first come, first served basis. Wheel chair access and viewing space is also available in the auditorium.
  9. Who participates in the Variety Q&A's?
    Cast and filmmakers including, writers, directors, producers and production crew members from the films participate in the post-screening Q&A's moderated by Variety Editors.
  10. How long do the Q&A's last?
    Each Q&A lasts approximately 30 minutes, but may be shorter or longer in length. The Q&A's do not normally extend past one hour.
  11. Are the screenings always held at the Arclight Hollywood?
    All LA screenings will be held at the Arclight Hollywood and NY screenings will be at the Chelsea Clearview Cinemas. San Francisco screenings will be at either The Premier Theatre or Stag Theatre. Please confirm the location of your screening the day of at www.Varietyscreeningseries.com.
  12. Can I bring a guest to the screening?
    YES. You may RSVP via the website for yourself and one guest only.
  13. What time can guests access the screening auditorium?
    The screening auditorium is accessible to guests one hour prior to the screening start time.
